CSCI Compliance Groups Quality Assurance Contract Management Auditing IT Services Feasability Studies

Documentation & System Audits

Based on many years of personal hands-on experience of all aspects of care provision, one of the most valued services offered by UKQCS is the audit.  The extent and content of each audit is individually agreed with the commissioner, usually the owner of the Home or agency.

Charging a pre-agreed project cost, agreed UKQCS consultants will carry out a thorough audit of the agreed areas, and report back to the commissioner, with recommendations.

The UKQCS audit has proved of great benefit to many Home owners enabling them to benchmark the performance of their Home and their manager against objective standards.

In most cases, the production of an objective report forms the basis for a Home owner developing, often in cooperation with the UKQCS consultant, a development plan for improvement of the Home, its management team and its staff.

Key CSCI inspection health check

Our health check is designed to work with you to quickly and economically identify those areas where improvements can be made to maximise your result from a Key Inspection, in turn maximising your CSCI Star Rating.

Section 33, National Minimum Standards for Care Homes for Older People

Section 33 requires a verified and professionally recognised quality assurance system.  In those CSCI areas where this is interpreted as requiring an external audit, UKQCS provides a comprehensive audit against all the varied legislative requirements placed on a Care Provider, including of course the Care Standards Act and its attendant standards and regulations.  The full audit is available anywhere in the UK.  Contact us for more.

An additional advantage of the UKQCS audit is that it provides you with a one-page summary of Service User's views of the Home and its standards of care, which forms an ideal was of fully satisfying the requirement for this information to be made available to potential clients during the pre-assessment procedure, and actual clients while resident in the Home.

Key Benefits of all audits
