The Packages: Health Check Health checks are aimed at assisting providers and managers plan their business development according to their own priorities. The service is reviewed, examining recent reports, self assessment documentation, and conducting sample interviews with employees and service users. An action plan is produced, detailing practical solutions to the issues identified. Additional consultancy is available from the same or another consultant if support is required to put the action plan into effect, or to assess progress. Audits are similar to a health check, but set against the specific standards of the inspection.
