The Effective Healthcare Manager

A comprehensive self-study course on a CD, The Effective Healthcare Manager leads candidates through the RMA award modules, at their own pace and in their own time, giving the candidate all of the instructional materials required, self-marked exercises, and advice on evidence gathering.

Using the Effective Healthcare Manager, it is possible for an RMA candidate to generate their full evidence pack from their own endeavours, without "going on a course", in a significantly reduced time, requiring only the location of a suitable Assessor for completion of the RMA award.

This product does not include assessment; the intention of the package is to assist managers to develop their management skills without attending external courses, while generating evidence for assessed awards such as the Registered Manager Award. Cross mapping from the self study course to RMA units is provided on the CD.
