Alternatively, the UKQCS Care Quality Management System combines all of the policies and procedures required to manage a Care Home or a domiciliary business, together with simple but effective output quality measuring tools, and audits to regularly review the systems which research and best practice indicate as being those that deliver quality outcomes. Last, but by no means least, the system includes a range of management policies and processes which ensure that the quality assurance Plan - Do - Check - Act cycle is completed, and that continuous improvement becomes a reality.
