TOPSS funding could be attracted by employers who successfully apply to their regional TOPSS Committee.

S/NVQ care courses include:

  • Care of older people, and children

  • Assessor visits to workplace

  • Registration with awarding body

  • Basic skills assessment

  • Preparation of candidate learning plan

  • Induction

  • Direct access to assessor

  • Delivery of underpinning knowledge where agreed

The above prices are inclusive of the Awarding Body fee but are subject to VAT

The above prices could be discounted in response to large volumes of candidates, particularly in single locations.

** The cost of the RMA or NVQ4 may be reduced to £1350 for clients who place their NVQ 2 and NVQ 3 training through UKQCS

In-house assessors - In addition, if clients are able to provide their own qualified assessors to support the programme then the cost saved in you doing this would be reflected in the prices of the S/NVQs shown above. Subject to agreement of the details concerning the assessor support being provided, then approximately 25% may be saved from the price quoted above, but the TOPSS funding stays the same.

UKQCS can provide assessor training, the cost of which can quickly be recovered from savings in costs of S/NVQ provision. Enquire here.
